Melty Mondays
Mondays at 6:00PM
Ease out of your day and into your body with this nourishing, two-part journey designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.
We begin under the soft glow of candlelight with a Slow Flow, mindfully linking breath to movement to release physical tension and build gentle warmth. As the body settles, we transition into the stillness of Yin Yoga, holding floor-based postures for longer durations to target the deeper connective tissues and encourage a profound sense of surrender.
This practice is the perfect antidote to a busy week—leaving you feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply restored.
