The community center is the heart of Coal Creek Canyon. Our goal is to protect and maintain this important asset while thoughtfully refreshing it to make it safer, more beautiful, and more functional for community gatherings, activities, and special events.
OUR PLAN: A PHASED APPROACH
We are developing a 5-10 year roadmap broken into phases
Phase 1 & 2
Planning and Maintenance
Assess the current condition, design changes, and develop plan. Address high priority maintenance and infrastructure needs.
Phase 3
Exterior Refresh
Improve curb appeal and look of the building
Phase 4 & 5
Interior Refresh - Kitchen/Great Hall
Remodel the kitchen and great hall to make them more modern and appealing for rentals.
Phase 6
Future - Storage & Bathrooms
Longer term improvements to storage and bath rooms.
